You must learn to walk before you learn to run. A great class to start your CrossFit journey. With a focus on safety and technique, we train you through the foundational movements to begin your new healthy, strong and fit life. We recommend you train with this class for six weeks where afterwards a coach will assess your movement comprehension before moving you on to our Level 2 (Mixed Level) classes. This class currently meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 pm.
